Reposado tequila has the complexity of aged añejo tequilas and the yummy flavor of young blanco tequila. In short, it's the best of both worlds. This spirit ages for 11 months, which is sort of an ideal age to reach a good balance between the agave flavor and the notes that originate from oak barrels.
At first sip the flavor starts strong, and then fades somewhat in the middle. Overall the flavor has a nice balance between cooked agave and a nice mineral character. The finish is light with pleasant aromas of Pouring clear with an aroma of tropical fruit and citrus met with fresh botanical.
